Basic Obedience Walking Class
$280 for 8-Week Course ($50 Deposit, $35 per session)
Pup Assist is proud to offer our Basic Obedience Walking Class, a structured and supportive group class designed to strengthen the bond between you and your dog through clear communication and real-world obedience. This class will prepare you and your canine for the Canine Good Citizen test.
Group Classes
$50 per dog per session (1-hour weekly session)

Private Training Classes
Starting at $100 per hour

Bed Bug Detection Dog Training
At Pup Assist, our professionally trained bed bug detection dogs are available for $5,000 to $10,000, depending on the dog’s age and level of experience.

The listed price covers the cost of the certified trained detection dog only.
Handler training is not included in this price and is available as an additional service.
Final pricing may vary based on the specific needs and requirements of each client.

Handler Training Pricing:
Handler training is a critical part of ensuring the continued success of your bed bug detection K9. Pup Assist offers professional handler training at the following rates:
$2,000 per handler for a standard 2-week training course
Training covers proper handling, search techniques, maintenance training, and real-world search scenarios
Certificate of completion provided upon successful demonstration of handler proficiency
Note: Handler training is available exclusively to those purchasing a detection dog from Pup Assist.
Travel and lodging (if required) are not included in the training fee and may be arranged separately

Basic Trailing Training Course
$320 per dog and handler (8-week course) Weekends
This course will teach the fundamentals for searching for a live human at short distances and time.
Not sure your dog has the nose for this? We announce new classes on our Facebook page with free evaluations and answer questions.
Advanced Trailing Training Course
$360 per dog and handler (8-week course) Weekends
Must complete the basic course to take this advanced class. (If you have had some experience with trailing, you will need be evaluated to see which course you and your K9 are best suited for). This course will expand to various locations and difficulty to be better prepared for a real event in locating a missing loved one.
We work with local EMS and train together several times a year to ensure readiness when a need arises. Search trailing is a volunteer commitment and can be time consuming. Once teams are certified, ongoing maintenance is required.
We do not offer rescue training (search and rescue). We only teach trailing to locate a missing person
Trailing Teams Conference Participation
$100 per team (3 scenarios, 1 per day)
(Customizable pricing for extended sessions or specialized scenarios.)
Bed Bug Detection Services (Hourly)
Starting at $150-$300 per hour
(Hourly rate depends on property size and complexity; discounts available for large-scale or recurring inspections.)
